Khabarovsk Regional Fund for the Conservation of Biological Diversity and Wildlife Rehabilitation "UTES", a public non-profit organization, was registered in July 1998 in the Khabarovsk Territory named after Lazo and is located in the village of Kutuzovka in the protected areas of the Sikhote-Alin nature monument.
The main tasks and goals that the company currently solves and will solve on the leased territory of the state forest fund are:
- protection of a unique natural complex, conservation of endangered species of plants and animals;
- environmental education and public education: conducting educational and educational excursions, organization and arrangement of ecological and educational paths;
- creation of favorable conditions for overexposure and treatment of animals for their further release into the wild while preserving the gene pool of both hunting and Red Book species of animals.
The forest fund is located on the lands of the state forest fund of the Khor forestry.
